The Department of Justice says a federal law banning licensed fi****ms dealers from selling handguns to people under the age of 21 is unconstitutional and can’t be enforced, adding the law violates the Second Amendment.

🚨 **MAJOR WIN FOR RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNERS!** 🇺🇸

The ATF has announced it will no longer enforce certain federal registration requirements for suppressors, short-barreled ri**es (SBRs), short-barreled sh****ns (SBSs), and Any Other Weapons (AOWs).

**Why is this important?**

This represents less government overreach, fewer bureaucratic obstacles, reduced costs, and greater freedom for law-abiding Americans exercising their Second Amendment rights.

Responsible gun owners should not have to navigate unnecessary government restrictions simply to exercise a constitutional right.

⚠️ **Important:** This is an ATF enforcement policy, not a repeal of federal law. State restrictions may still apply.

• Sedgley Mark II: Developed in 1942 by the S.F. Sedgley company in Philadelphia for the U.S. Navy and the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), this single-shot weapon was designed to be strapped to the back of a leather glove

• How it worked: The pistol was chambered in .38 Special. A small metal plunger extended past the knuckles; when the user threw a punch at a target's face or body at point-blank range, the impact pushed the plunger backward to strike the primer and fire the round.

• Deployment and Use: The U.S. Navy produced roughly 50 to 200 units, intending them for close-quarters fighting or for beach jumpers on diversionary missions. However, it was single-shot, clumsy, and posed a major risk of splashing the user with blood and powder gases, meaning it saw little to no actual combat use, with many units mailed home or stored away.

Please don’t argue with an instructor who is genuinely trying to help you improve. This type of resistance to correction is a mindset that can hold our community back—especially when it comes to fi****ms training and safety.

Thankfully, Juan D. was able to communicate why a change was necessary, and the individual ultimately listened and took steps to correct the behavior. That’s what training is about: being willing to learn, adjust, and become better.

Have you encountered situations like this? How would you address someone who refuses to accept correction from an instructor? Comment below.
