Grace to Grace The Parents' Journey Inc. is excited to announce the launch of **Uniquely Wired**, a Mental Health Support Group for Teens & Adults beginning July 2026!

In a world where so many individuals struggle silently with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem, we believe everyone deserves a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.

✨ At Uniquely Wired, participants will learn:
✔️ Healthy coping skills
✔️ Emotional regulation strategies
✔️ Self-advocacy skills
✔️ Stress management techniques
✔️ Healthy relationship building
✔️ Confidence and self-esteem development

As we prepare for our launch, we are asking our community, family, friends, and local businesses to help us provide resources for every participant.

We are delighted to announce that our founder of Grace to Grace The Parents Journey Inc. has achieved a remarkable milestone, earning her second Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, a testament to her unwavering commitment to empowering parents of neurodiverse children.

Her mission is to collaborate with parents, equipping them with the knowledge and support needed to create a nurturing environment that fosters healing, understanding, and growth, rather than added stress.

Parents… what’s stopping you from throwing in the towel with your children?
