The Chapter joins so many of you in mourning Dr. Jerome Lewis, founder of the Institute for Public Administration at the University of Delaware. We thank Jerome for his mentoring and development of so many Delaware planners and are reassured that there are so many who knew him who will carry on his work.

For over 50 years, Jerome Lewis helped build UD's nationally recognized public affairs programs in the Biden School and advanced public service across Delaware.
