Adults with disabilities in Rockingham, Strafford, York and Cumberland counties can receive the following through Great Bay Services:

School-to-work transition services
Employment assessment and placement
Life skills classes
Supervised apartment living
Community volunteer opportunities
Recreational and leisure activities
Day services tailored to individual preference
Community integration

What a sweet way to wrap up the first year of Connections That Count 🍦🎉

Last night, we gathered at Lone Oak Ice Cream to socialize, pass out Blue Dolphin Screenprint and Embroidery t-shirts, and celebrate a year filled with connection, inclusion, and community with the Monarch School of New England!

A huge thank you to Yankee Electric & Co. LLC, our Event Series Sponsor, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, our Event Sponsors, and all of the community partners and supporters who made this year possible. Your collaboration and commitment have made a lasting impact 💙

Spring Fling 2026: Glow Party Edition! 🌟🕶

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a night filled with fun and dancing! We are especially grateful to OTTO and Fat Kid Woodfired Pizza for their generous pizza donation that kept everyone fueled throughout the evening 🍕

Special thanks to Sanford Sound for donating the black lights that created such an exciting atmosphere, and to our wonderful staff member Tabatha for the delicious cupcakes!

We'd also like to recognize the Sanford Elks Lodge and Terrie Collins Entertainment for providing a wonderful venue and amazing entertainment that made the night truly unforgettable!

Congratulations to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge on the recent ribbon cutting for the Rachel Carson Center for People and Nature, featuring a full museum, trails, and more!

Wrapping up a wonderful cooking program through the Portsmouth Elks Lodge #97 Spotlight Grant!

We were generously hosted by the The Airfield Cafe for lunch and a tour of their kitchen. It was a great way to see the skills we've learned in action! 🍽

Thank you to the Portsmouth Elks Lodge #97 and Cooking Program volunteers for their time and encouragement throughout this learning process, and thank you to The Airfield Cafe for a terrific dining experience! 💙
