DSCA membership gives you support and provides information to meet your coaching needs. Membership will encompass one person with or without one affiliation of an organization.

Membership Includes:

1. Coaches Conference and specified trainings held throughout the year

2. Full-voting privileges (two designated voters per affiliation)

3. Eligibility to host a Qualifier Competition

4. Participation in the State Competition (must attend two General Membership Meetings and two Qualifier Competitions prior to States)

5. Eligibility to run for a position on the Board of Directors

Delaware Cheerleading Coaches Association "DCCA" was an organization of coaches from across the state of Delaware formed in June of 1993 to promote the highest professional standards of coaching and safety regulations and guidelines for cheerleading. In 2021, DCCA began the transition to Delaware Spirit Coaches Association "DSCA" in order to incorporate all spirit programs in Delaware. DSCA's goal remains to advance the education of coaches and athletes throughout the State of Delaware by providing comprehensive safety training and certifications for the educational development of coaches and spirit athletes. DSCA will promote participation and sportsmanship to develop good citizens through spirit activities which provide equitable opportunities, positive recognition and learning experiences to everyone involved, while maximizing the achievement of educational goals.
