What an AMAZING day of volleyball yesterday! The sun was shining, and the competition was fierce! With 34 teams/150+ participants across middle school, high school and adult divisions, it’s safe to say the Coastal Summer Classic is here to stay! Thank you so much to everyone who played and spectated! Thank you to our handful of Coastal Coach volunteers who help make this tournament happen each year! Huge thank you to DJ Eric for keeping the energy pulsing all day! Thank you to Bowlicious Açaí Bowls, Traveling Tom’s coffee, Kona Hawaiian Ice, and Uncle Bernie’s for serving us! Thank you to our tournament sponsors Hudson Jones Jaywork & Fisher, FSVperformance, Katelyn Papanicolas Realtor/Crown Homes! Thank you to Embroidery Express for always doing an awesome job on the tournament t-shirts! (Fun fact, one of our very own coaches designs the shirt logo each year!). Official Results will be posted later today! Good luck to all the younger athletes trying out for their respective school teams this season!

Things are looking great for tomorrow’s tournament!!! Reminder: we have some amazing food trucks that will be in attendance—Traveling Tom’s Coffee, Bowlicious Açaí Bowls, Uncle Bernie’s Steak Shack, and Kona Hawaiian Ice! They have been gracious enough to donate 10% of their profits to our fundraiser tournament, so please consider forgoing that Wawa Hoagie/Dunkin/Starbucks coffee/you get the idea, to support these local trucks! Looking forward to a fun day of volleyball! 🏐💙
