Home is where stability begins.

A safe, affordable home can have an impact far beyond four walls. When families face housing instability, the uncertainty can contribute to mental health issues like stress, anxiety, and worry. Stable housing can provide the security and peace of mind families need to focus on their goals, their well-being, and their future.

At Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity, our mission is to bring people together to build homes, communities and hope. Through affordable homeownership, we’re helping families build a strong foundation, not only for today, but for generations to come.

Because building a home means building stability, opportunity, and hope.

Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity builds affordable homes, empowers families, and strengthens communities through volunteerism and partnerships in Kent County.
