Member Spotlight: Michael Cinquino

Meet Michael Cinquino, Co-Founder & Artistic Director at SoHo Creative Studio!

…AND the President of the BNI Green Givers chapter! We are so lucky to have him leading our group as we dive into 2022!

Michael has over 12 years of experience as a professional photographer and visual storyteller, who has had the good fortune to have photographed over 1400 individuals -- and counting! He is wildly passionate about helping inspire others to be seen as their very best selves in photos 📸and videos🎥.

Michael is a conservatory-trained actor and holds a B.A. in Acting & Directing from DeSales University and an M.F.A. in Acting from Rutgers University. He founded SoHo Creative Studio to help individuals and organizations meaningfully connect with their clients and customers through the lens so that they can create authentic and sustainable growth.

Some additional Michael trivia for you…

-Michael is a US Navy Veteran and served as a Rescue Swimmer aboard the USS Detroit.
-He holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Hapkido.
-He has been able to visit over 11 different countries.
-He is an avid Transcendental Meditation practitioner.

Member Spotlight: Tyler Parks

Meet Tyler Parks, Owner/Personal Trainer at Zenith Personal Training, LLC💪

Tyler Parks is a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS), a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and is PN1 Certified (for nutrition). He also holds a Jung Ki Kwan 3rd Dan Black Belt in Hapkido and is certified in CPR/AED.

Tyler has a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle and is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of his clients. He believes in encouraging clients to adopt healthy lifestyle modifications for lifelong health and fitness. His approach is to work as a guide and to meet people where they’re at.

“I do what I do because I know the true value health and fitness can bring to each of our lives when applied correctly.”

Several members of our group have worked with Tyler to achieve their unique fitness and health goals, and they have nothing but great things to say!

Member Spotlight: Kerstyn Flack

Meet Kerstyn Flack of Bank of New Hampshire, Dover Branch! 🙂

Kerstyn joined Bank of New Hampshire in March of 2021 as Assistant Vice President – Dover Banking Office Manager. With over eight years of experience in financial operations, Kerstyn brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service, employee engagement, and branch management to her team of banking professionals. In her role, Kerstyn oversees the daily operations of the office while also being responsible for the management of the office’s deposit portfolio, customer relationship management, new business development, and community engagement.

Kerstyn continually looks for ways to engage with the community and local non-profit organizations. Since immersing herself in the Seacoast community, Kersytn’s positive and enthusiastic personality has served her well. Kerstyn is an Ambassador with the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, member and Events Coordinator for the Dover BNI Green Givers chapter, and was recently named a NAMI Connect Adult Advisor for Dover High School students.

A lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Kerstyn currently resides in the Lakes Region with her two Golden Retrievers, Georgia, and Basil, and a Hedgehog named Fig. Kerstyn has a passion for travel and is always looking for her next adventure!

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Cassie Crosby of Iterata Solutions

Meet Cassie Crosby!

Cassie is a leadership coach who offers support and tools to help people bring forth transformational change and reach the pinnacle of their performance potential. Cassie gave us a closer look at what it's like to work with her by doing a mini, live coaching session during this week's meeting. What a cool experience! 😲

Cassie is a retired military officer who spent almost 25 years leading people and teams around the globe. Iterata Solutions was born from Cassie’s passion for leading and working with high-performing teams- the pace, the energy, the results - it became her life's work. She believes building these teams requires leaders who are deliberate in how they select, develop, and communicate with the people who bring life to their vision and execute their intent.

Cassie continues to feed this passion by partnering with high-performing leaders and their teams to live their peak potential. She also co-authored a book with Joe Byerly, titled, MY GREEN NOTEBOOK: "Know Thyself" Before Changing Jobs, a guided, 30-day self-reflection intended to draw out your lessons learned and help you thrive as a leader as you take on positions of increased responsibility.

Cassie currently lives in Dover, NH with her husband, two daughters, two cats, eight chickens, and one very small dog. She spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, weightlifting, gardening, reading, writing, and editing and loves good coffee and great conversations.

This week's SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT is Kelsey Domeny of Kelsey Domeny Creative!

Kelsey is a Creative Consultant and Videographer who the BNI Green Givers are lucky enough to have as part of our chapter. If you've never met Kelsey, you're in for a burst of energy and positivity that you never knew you needed. And, if you're not convinced of the power of video, Kelsey's videos WILL absolutely change your mind.

Kelsey says that working with her is like...

SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT: Brett Larkin, Primerica

This week's speaker was Brett Larkin, a representative with Primerica who works hard to help people get the right kind of life insurance. He has a ton of experience and knowledge about life insurance and is also just a kind human. His family means everything to him; he lives in Newmarket with his wife, Heather, and his daughter, Margot.

As a former teacher, Brett loves teaching people things he has learned about finances and life insurance and passing his knowledge along to middle-income Americans.

One question Brett gets a lot is, "How do I know what the right amount of life insurance is?" He says generally speaking, "8-12 x a person's current income, but each person or family's life insurance needs will differ depending on their unique situation."

We had another great meeting this week at BNI Green Givers in Dover, NH! Seriously, our group is amazing! We meet on Wednesdays online, except for the 1st Wednesday of each month, when we meet in person at the Comfort Inn & Suites at 10 Hotel Drive in Dover.

SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT:
This week's speaker was Robin Baker, Loan Consultant with loanDepot. Robin has been working in the industry for her entire career, so she has a TON of experience and knowledge, which makes her the ideal person to talk to about residential real estate purchasing and refinancing!

She is licensed in NH, ME, MA, VT, and CA.

Robin lived in San Diego for 19 years and has now lived in New Hampshire for about 5 years, where she lives with her husband Kevin, their daughter, Penelope, and their dog (lab/husky mix), Kobe.

When she’s not helping people finance their homes, you may find her doing practicing yoga, running, or spending time with her family. Something many people don’t know about Robin is that she used to teach yoga, but found that she enjoys being a student more.

This week's speaker was Gene Paltrineri of Seacoast Warriors. Seacoast Warriors is a martial arts school located in Dover, New Hampshire. They use a variety of traditional and non-traditional martial arts techniques to teach self-defense to children and adults.

Gene has over 30 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults. His ideal referral is a parent of a 5-8 yr old who would like their child to improve on discipline, confidence, self-defense, or fitness.

Gene particularly enjoys helping children who are being bullied to learn self-defense and to build confidence, helping students who are going off to college to learn self-defense, and working with adult professionals who are often alone in their work to learn self-defense methods to stay safe.
