GREAT TURNOUT FOR TRYOUTS YESTERDAY!

We had a GREAT group of girls in the gym yesterday! We had fun, competed, worked hard, and most importantly, we got better! 💪🏾🔥

We can’t wait for the season to get here! 🏀💫

📢 REMINDER: TRYOUTS ARE THIS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2026
⏰ 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
📍10 Electric Ave Dover DE 19904
Doors open at 2:00pm

If your daughter came yesterday, she is MORE than welcome to come back! This is another opportunity to:

🏀 Get evaluated again
🏀 Get some extra work in
🏀 Compete with other players
🏀 Continue developing her skills
🏀 Simply be in the gym and GET BETTER!

And for those parents who are still on the fence about joining Delaware Shooting Stars, we want you to know exactly what these tryouts are about.

⭐ These tryouts are for our 2027 SPRING & SUMMER seasons. ⭐

We are NOT having a fall season. We are starting the evaluation process early to give families plenty of time to plan for next year, learn about our program, meet our coaches, understand The Star Way, and decide whether Delaware Shooting Stars is the right fit for your daughter.

Typically, we hold our tryouts in January or February. However, if teams are formed following these October tryouts, we will plan accordingly for those who are interested, provided there are still roster spots available.

There is no better time than NOW to come see what we’re about! 👀🏀

Come compete. Come learn. Come get better. Come see if you’re a STAR! ⭐

💫 Once a Star, Always a Star! 💫
