On Saturday, Jun 21th, 2025, KofC 12580 and Sleep in Heavenly Peace - GA, Douglasville conducted a bed build in the parking lot at Lowe's in Douglasville GA. Thanks to all the volunteers, we were able to build 60 beds!

On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, KofC 12580 and Sleep in Heavenly Peace - GA, Douglasville will be conducting a bed build in the parking lot at St John BVianney Catholic Church in Lithia Slrings GA. Building will start at 9 am so volunteers should show up a ten or fifteen minutes earlier to sign in. We lan to build about twenty five beds. No experience is required and it is a lot of fun.

We will be building beds to deliver to children in Lithia Springs and Douglasville. You do not have to stay the entire time.

We delivered three more beds today. This makes fifty-nine beds to twenty-three families since October 2024.
We just opened up zip code 30134 and that gave us fifty-nine (59) new bed requests. We have one bed in stock and will be making twenty on May 10th and another twenty on June 21st so we are a little behind. Please consider donating, or volunteering.

We delivered ten beds to three families on Sunday 03/11. That makes 56 beds since we started the SHP chapter in October 2024.

We had our first Open bed build last Saturday, January 25th, at Lowe’s in Douglasville. Thanks to our volunteers we were able to build 22 beds that will be distributed to families in need. Thank you to everyone who helped build.

We have distributed thirty-two beds to thurteen families but we are currently out of beds and we have twenty-five pending requests.

The Douglasville Chapter will be hosting its first bed build. We will limit volunteers to 30 since this is our first build.

We delivered Sleep in Heavenly Peace beds 31 & 32 today. A couple of kids sleeping on the floor now have beds. Cherokee Rose Quilting Guild made custom pillowcases and each kid got yo luck their own pillowcase.
