Good afternoon one and all. Hope everyone is doing well. Thursday night is our regularly scheduled communication with dinner @ 6:30 and open Lodge @ 7:30. There will be a fellowcraft degree that night also. Come out and support the three candidates and Douglasville Lodge.

Good morning all,
I hope all are well and looking forward to a good day.
We have a member of the lodge that has laid down his working tools and has escaped his earthly bonds. Brother Mike Arther has made his final journey. His family has requested masonic rites. Service will be Saturday June 6th 2:00 pm at Lithia Springs Methodist church. Masonic rites will be given inside the church. We need Douglasville Lodge members to participate if at all possible.
The church is located on Temple Street in Lithia Springs next to Battlehill Lodge in Lithia Springs.

We will be confiring the EA degree Thursday night at our regular communication, Dinner at 6:30 lodge opens at 7:30. All members are encouraged to attend.

I would like to pay the craft their wages. Thank you Douglasville Lodge #289 for those that came out today and gave us your Saturday to support and work the Taste of Douglasville. It was a team effort. We probably not going to get rich from this event, but learned what we need to improve on and to make it better if we decide to participate in the future. Thanks again brothern.
