Many first-time moms believe labor begins the moment contractions start.

In reality, your body begins preparing for birth weeks before labor begins!

Some common signs your body may be getting ready include:
✨ Increased pelvic pressure
✨ More frequent Braxton Hicks contractions
✨ Baby "dropping" lower into the pelvis
✨ Changes in vaginal discharge
✨ Nesting energy

Every pregnancy is different, and these signs don't always mean labor is right around the corner, but they can be clues that your body is preparing for birth.

Every backpack, notebook, pencil, and donation helps remove barriers and gives students the confidence to start the school year prepared and supported. 💚💜
