Our first day of Summer Feeding was a success! 💛🌱

It was such a joy to interact with the kids, share meals, and bring a little extra love and connection into the day. At Allies Way, this work is about more than feeding children, it’s about showing up, building trust, and reminding families that their community cares.

We will be feeding weekly at the following locations:

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It is a reminder of sacrifice, courage, and the families who continue to carry the weight of loss long after the uniforms are folded away.

At Allies Way, we recognize that freedom has a cost, and we are deeply grateful to those who paid it with their lives. We also hold close the military families, veterans, and loved ones who continue to live with both pride and grief.

As we gather with family and friends today, may we also take a moment to reflect, remember, and honor the heroes who never made it home.

Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

Congrats are in order for our Executive Director! 🎉

Allies Way is proud to celebrate Dr. Nytoyia Laughlin, who was recognized by Kennesaw State University’s College of Computing and Software Engineering with a Certificate of Appreciation for her mentorship and support of CCSE students during the Spring 2026 Capstone Program.

The student project, “Georgia’s Community Resource,” reflects the kind of innovation, collaboration, and community-centered problem solving that aligns deeply with the mission of Allies Way.

We are grateful for opportunities to support students, encourage emerging leaders, and help shape projects that can strengthen access to resources for families and communities.
