Bullying doesn’t magically stop on the school playground. 🛑

From office cubicles and boardrooms to community groups and social circles, intimidation, exclusion, and harassment can happen at any age. Too often, adult bullying gets brushed off as “office politics” or “just how things are,” but disrespectful behavior is unacceptable no matter where you are in life.

Recognizing the patterns—whether verbal, psychological, social, professional, or digital—is the first step toward stopping them. If you or someone you know is navigating a toxic environment, remember these key steps:

📌 Document it: Keep a detailed record of events, dates, and witnesses.
📌 Set boundaries: Respond clearly and safely when you can.
📌 Use support channels: Lean on HR, management, employee assistance programs, or trusted advocates.
📌 Escalate when necessary: Prioritize your safety above all else.

A respectful environment is everyone’s responsibility, from childhood well into adulthood. Let’s look out for one another and build safer spaces everywhere we go. 🤝

It’s time to become familiar with your normal. Don’t let fear or stigma get in the way of your health. Remember the 3 simple steps to check-in:

👀 LOOK: Observe for changes in size, shape, color, or the ni**le turning inward.

✋ FEEL: Check under and around your ni**le, breast tissue, and collarbones.

🔍 NOTICE: Pay attention to new lumps, ni**le discharge, or persistent soreness.

If you find something, don’t wait. Breast cancer can be painless. Contact a healthcare professional promptly for your check-in. Take control of your health today.
