🕊️ BEREAVEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 🕊️

Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church Family,

It is with heartfelt sympathy that we share that Mrs. Rondalyn Lindley, longtime and faithful member of our church family and wife of our former Deacon Board Chairman, Deacon James “Coco” Lindley, is grieving the passing of her beloved brother, Mr. Barney Holliman Jr., who transitioned on yesterday August 12, 2026.

Mr. Holliman, a native of Marietta, Georgia, who resided in Kennesaw, Georgia, had experienced an extended illness for more than eight years following a stroke. Throughout those years, his family remained faithfully connected to him, surrounding him with their presence, care, and love.

Sis. Lindley shared some beautiful memories of her brother and expressed gratitude for the miraculous grace God extended to him throughout these many years. While his family will deeply miss his presence, they are finding comfort in knowing that the Lord has now released him from his prolonged illness and called him home.

The Lindley family has been a cherished part of the Pleasant Grove family for many years. Sister Rondalyn has faithfully served our church in administration, hospitality, and other areas of ministry, while Deacon Coco Lindley previously served faithfully as Chairman of our Deacon Board. During this difficult time, we want them to know that their church family stands with them.

Please keep Sister Rondalyn, Deacon Coco Lindley, and the entire Holliman and Lindley families lifted before the Lord in prayer.

“Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.” — Matthew 5:4

At this time, funeral arrangements have not yet been finalized. We will share additional information with the church family as soon as it becomes available.

Until then, let us surround this family with our love, prayers, encouragement, and support as they walk through this season of bereavement.

🕊️ BEREAVEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 🕊️

Pleasant Grove Church Family,

It is with heartfelt sympathy that we announce the passing of Mr. Randall Copeland Sr., beloved brother of our own Associate Minister, Evangelist Francis Goodman.

Mr. Copeland transitioned from this earthly life on August 6, 2026.

The Goodman/Copeland family has experienced a number of losses, and during this season of continued bereavement, we ask our entire church family to surround Evangelist Goodman and her family with our prayers, love, encouragement, and support.
