Advance voting for the May 19 primary election will run from April 27 through May 15, 2026.
Douglas County voters will cast ballots for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, U.S. Senator, and two U.S. Representatives. The ballot will also include Senate Districts 28 and 30; State House Districts 40, 64, and 66; county commission seats for Districts 1, 3, and 4; three school board posts; Chief Superior Court Judge; Magistrate Judge; and Solicitor General.
Advance voting locations will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday voting will be available on May 2 and May 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

โข Woodie Fite Senior Center (*Saturday voting available)

โข Boundary Waters Activity Center

Special Notes:
โข This is the Primary Election for nonpartisan offices. This is the only time these candidates will appear on the ballot.
โข Absentee ballot applications will be accepted through May 8.
