As Hurricane Isaias gets closer to making landfall, join us in praying for the safety of those in its path.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Kendal’s first time running the lift! This low hanging limb at my Grandma’s place hangs right over where I like to park and it’s been bothering me for a while now. 😂. Kendal took care of it for me this afternoon! I told him he could trim a few more low branches, so it’s possible the whole tree is on the ground before he stops. 😂

Not bad for our first try smoking ribs! We might be on to something here! Going to have to get a better smoker though before we try again. Constantly babysitting the one we borrowed for 5 hours was so time consuming!

Clayton and I are doing a little experiment today! Since he was 8 years old he has had a dream to have a kitchen trailer and serve food at disasters. He has spent days upon days working on the idea and trailer design. We would love to bring his dream to reality in the future as funds are available but for today we are learning how to smoke ribs and pork loin for the first time! Who knows where this will all end up if the Lord is in it! He could end up feeding thousands! 😂
