Happy 7th year anniversary to Ambitious Young Men. What started as a vision from God has turned into an amazing testimony. I remember sitting in the Roundtree center for hours with no one showing up and asking God if this was truly what He wanted me to do. I also had times during the seven years when I wanted to give up, but as you can see from the pictures, I couldn’t give up on these amazing young men. Thank you, God, for always providing and even expanding the program. We welcomed Macon, Georgia, a couple of years ago, which is under the leadership of my brother Jacory Bazell. He has taken the program to new heights and has multiple groups around Macon-Bibb County. God, continue to show up and show out for AYM, and for that, we’re forever grateful. It’s been an absolute honor to give back to my community and to be there for the young men in my community. Thank you to all the supporters, the city of Douglas, the Douglas Housing Authority, the parents, the young men, the mentors, Isaiah, Malachi, Ja’Cory, and the Macon mentors.
