AN EVENING OF JAZZ, SONG AND COMMUNITY PRIDE!

Saugatuck's All Saints' Episcopal Church welcomed the community for an evening of music, food and fellowship at the 3rd Annual JAZZ FOR JUSTICE! The rain showers didn't dampen any spirits as the event was quickly moved inside and proceeded as planned...and what a night it was!

Attendees were entertained by the Holland Concert Jazz Orchestra and the Lakeshore Community Chorus throughout the evening. There was also plenty to eat and drink with food trucks, wine and beer, and desserts from Crane's.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Jay Johnson and everyone at All Saints' Episcopal Church for a wonderful evening!

WADE ROUSE TALKS "THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR."

The Saugatuck-Douglas District Library was magically transformed into Palm Springs for CommUNITY PRIDE's Author Spotlight presentation featuring best-selling author WADE ROUSE. Wade discussed his new novel, "That's What Friends Are For" and addressed questions about the book, his career and the importance of Pride to an eager standing-room-only audience.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Ingrid Boyer and the staff at the Library, and Cheryl Whitford from The Book Nook in Saugatuck for supporting this year's speaker series presentation. Attendees were not only able to purchase Wade's library of books, but Wade also graciously signed each one.
