Douglas Back 2 School Blitz Free backpacks and school supplies!
“An effort BY the community, FOR the community” There is a level of involvement for everyone!

We are looking for individuals who can donate up to 3 hours of their time and/or talents to volunteer at this event and support the students and families in our area as they prepare for school. Also, individuals can spread the word to their friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. Host a fundraiser, donate supplies, talk to your stylist... Other volunteer opportunities are also available. Local busine

sses can support us with posters in your window; making informational fliers available to your customers, volunteering at the event, donating supplies, contact us about being a 'collection site', or spreading the news by word of mouth. We are also accepting donations of products, supplies, or funds to help us get the supplies that are needed.

Back-to-School Donation Opportunity!
Although the Back to School Blitz is unable to hold on event this year, Converse County School District #1 has volunteered to serve as a drop-off location for any school supply donations the community wishes to contribute.
Donated supplies will be distributed to the schools and provided to our students as needed throughout the year. Your generosity helps ensure every student starts the year prepared and confident!

📍 CCSD #1 Office – 615 Hamilton Street, Douglas, WY
Superintendent’s Office
Drop-off Times: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Deadline: August 15th

We are going through some restructuring and taking a look at what the B2SB looks like in the future. We regret that we can not hold an event before school starts this year, but we are open to some alternative options. Feel free to share your comments, ideas, and/or other ‘back to school’ events coming up in the community.
The Blitz has always been about supporting families in our community and showing that we are better together. Let’s each keep looking for ways to do that, every day

Greetings Douglas community. It is that time of year again that we are going to start collecting school supplies for the 2024 Back to School Blitz.
Our biggest need at this time is backpacks and notebooks.
