Helping Hands Douglas Helping Hands is a local thrift store that sells gently used clothes donated by the public. We have clothing, small appliances, dishes, bedding and other items.

The money raised goes back into the community to help those in need.

We are now open Monday through Saturday mornings and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Monday and Thursday 10 to 1pm
Tuesday and Wednesday 10 to noon and 5 to 7 pm

Starting next week, Apr. 1st, (this is not an April fools day joke) we will be open Tuesday and Wednesday mornings 10-12 noon.

Helping Hands wishes everyone a happy new year. We are looking forward to 2026 to see what the Lord has in store for us. Remember the deck boxes out back are for donations not free bins. Please don't take things out of the deck boxes. We will try free bins again. One for clothes and one for miscellaneous. If a mess is left out by the free bins they will be removed. Thank you for supporting us last year. We look forward to seeing you this year
