Congratulations to Addison and Rebecca Wanjikū on graduating high school this weekend! 🎓

We are so proud of our teen titleholders and excited for the bright futures ahead of them. They earned a combined total of $12,925 in scholarships as part of our 2026 program and they will have the opportunity to earn even more at the Miss Oregon competition later this month.

Our Miss Umpqua Valley’s Teen, Addison Reneau, will be using her scholarships to study General Studies at Brigham Young University in the fall. Her career goal is to obtain a degree in Dermatology. During high school, she participated in National Honor Society, Link Crew, Varsity Track, and Varsity Cheer, earning a Game Day Fight Song Jamz National Championship in 2026. In her free time, she plays piano.

Our Miss Douglas County's Teen, Rebecca Wanjikū Ngigī, is graduating as Valedictorian from Glide High School. She will be using her scholarships to study at the Global #1 Nursing School at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania in the fall. Her career goal is to become a Pediatric and Mother-Baby Nurse Practitioner. During high school, she was President of National Honor Society and the Diversity Leadership Committee, and she was a Yale Young Global Scholar. In her free time, she was involved in dance.

Rebecca Wanjikū made a special trip to pick out her own pair of genuine diamond earrings courtesy of our amazing sponsor, Harry Ritchie’s Jewelers! We love and we are so grateful for their support of our 2026 scholarship fund and their willingness to spoil our new titleholders with gorgeous jewelry! 💎💞
