It’s Purse Auction time!! Tomorrow, Tuesday April 14th, 11am to 6pm at the BankFirst Community room. Now this is not your average purse auction! We have purses PLUS! The purses are up for auction as always, but this year we have a lot more “buy it now” items on our $1, $3 and $5 tables. It’s a wide variety to choose from! Lots of jewelry, home decor, shoes, clothes and more! So don’t miss out! All proceeds go right back into our community!

Each club year we select a woman from our community to name as our Woman of Distinction. She is someone who has positively impacted our area. This year we were delighted to name Dr. Samantha Howard as the 2025-2026 Woman of Distinction. Dr. Howard has invested in Double Springs for the last 16 years through her successful dental practice. She is currently building a new office right in heart of town that she will be relocating to very soon. We appreciate her desire and dedication to bring her practice to her home county. We also appreciate her willingness to build up her practice here providing her skills and services to our area. If you have not yet met Dr. Howard and her capable staff stop by and introduce yourself. She and her staff would love to meet you.
