Monday evening wind took a lot of the metal off of our roof and also many shingles off the other portion of the building. We have had some donations but more is needed. Insurance only covers the value of the current roof, which isn't much. Any and all donations will be appreciated.

The mission of American Legion Post 12 has always been clear: serve veterans, support their families, and strengthen our community. But as the generations of warriors change, we must also grow and adapt.
Today’s veterans come from many different eras of service. From Vietnam to the Global War on Terror, each generation carries its own experiences, challenges, and perspectives. Our responsibility is to make sure Post 12 remains a place where every veteran feels welcome, valued, and supported.
That means honoring the traditions that built this organization while also creating opportunities that connect with younger veterans and their families. Camaraderie, mentorship, community service, and peer support will always be at the heart of what we do.
The strength of Post 12 comes from veterans of all generations standing together — learning from one another and continuing the mission of service that defines the American Legion.
As we move forward, we remain committed to remembering those we have always served while building a Post that will serve the next generation of warriors.
