All while tossing a few dollars in the pot for a good cause.

It’s one of those small Rotary traditions that says a lot about what these clubs are really about — community, connection, and celebrating life together.

Dear Rotarians,

Rotary District 6880 is seeking volunteers to assist with disaster response efforts following Hurricane Isaias. We are partnering with Crisis Cleanup.org to help connect storm victims in Southwest Florida and Alabama with the assistance they need.

We need volunteers to answer incoming calls from disaster survivors, listen to their needs, and help connect them with available cleanup and recovery resources. You do not need prior experience—training will be provided!

What you’ll need:

- A laptop or desktop computer
- A cell phone
- A willingness to help people recovering from a disaster

What you’ll do:

- Answer calls through the Crisis Cleanup system
- Listen compassionately to survivors and document their needs
- Help connect callers with appropriate disaster recovery resources

This is a meaningful opportunity to put Rotary’s spirit of Service Above Self into action. Even if you cannot travel to an affected area, you can make a real difference from home by helping survivors take the next step toward recovery.
