Today on Military Spouse Appreciation Day, we recognize the strength, resilience, and sacrifices made by military spouses everywhere. Through deployments, PCS moves, long hours, and the challenges of military life, spouses continue to hold families and communities together.

The Military Housing Coalition is especially proud to be founded and run by military spouses who understand firsthand the importance of safe, supportive, and quality housing for military families. Town halls give military families the opportunity to share their real experiences directly with leadership. When families speak up, it brings visibility, accountability, and momentum for change. Command involvement isn’t optional when it comes to housing oversight — it is key and critical to ensuring safe, responsive, and well-managed communities.

If your installation is hosting a resident forum, town hall, or housing roundtable, drop the details in the comments. Let’s help families stay informed and engaged.

The next Resident Town Hall with the 633 ABW Installation Commander has been scheduled for Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 5:30 PM.
