Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are grateful for their service and sacrifice.

A huge THANK YOU to all the kiddos who proudly walked in the parade this morning — you represented our community with so much spirit!

We hope everyone enjoys a safe and meaningful Memorial Day with family and friends.

Despite the chilly, rainy weather yesterday, we were able to get several of our scheduled games in for Opening Day! A big thank you to the teams, coaches, parents, and fans who helped make the day a success!

Pop Murray Field Update

Saturday was clean-up day for Pop Murray Field with the season kicking off later this month. If you’ve not been by lately, check out the new sod that has been laid at the field, along with the retaining wall and related work that is finishing up now.

New dugouts have been powder coated and are ready to ship. Benches for the dugouts have been ordered and are awaiting delivery. Arrangements have been made to erect temporary fencing in the event teams need to play baseball prior to dugout installation.

We fully expect Opening Day to proceed as planned – and are thrilled that we were able to accomplish so much off season that improves this community asset.
