She doesn't have it all figured out yet. She doesn't need to.

She has a voice, big dreams, and people in her corner cheering her on. That's how every woman of tomorrow gets her start.

Happy International Day of the Girl 💛

Dance after school. Cheer after that. Club meetings squeezed in between. 🩰

That's where Mentor Marlaina Rodriguez first learned to run her own calendar, and the habit never left. Now she's passing it on: staying involved teaches responsibility and leadership you carry for life.

Women of Tomorrow® proudly kicked off another inspiring year at our Miami-Dade Program Kick-Off Reception at the beautiful Woman’s Club of Coconut Grove.  It was an evening of connection, celebration, and gratitude as mentors, supporters, and members of the Women of Tomorrow® community came together to begin the new program year. A special highlight of the evening was recognizing our incredible mentors who have dedicated 5 to 20+ years to mentoring and empowering the next generation of young women. Their commitment, consistency, and belief in our mentees are at the heart of our mission.

When you don't know your needs, you lead from your wounds. 🔑

Mentor Rhonda Rubio gets real about what changes the moment you name your highest emotional needs. No more searching in the wrong places. No more compensating. Just clarity, honest communication, and the confidence to lead yourself. Especially for the girls stepping from high school into college.

Never underestimate a few kind words to a student. ✨

Brigitte Lynn, Women of Tomorrow School Coordinator and BRACE Advisor at McFatter Technical High School, got a message from a former mentee who graduated college debt free and helped her parents buy their first home. It reminded her that encouragement is never small.

Named BRACE Advisor of the Year by the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Brigitte shows exactly what our School Coordinators do best. We could not be prouder. Congratulations, Brigitte, on the lives you keep changing.
