Congratulations to this year’s band camp scholarship recipients! 🎉

Six talented Door County student musicians have been selected to receive summer band camp scholarships. Made possible through freewill donations from our performances, the program has awarded over $8,000 to student musicians across the Door Peninsula to date.

This year’s recipients will attend camps at Birch Creek, UW-Madison, and UW-Whitewater. Wishing them all an incredible summer of music!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Memorial Day Observance Ceremony at the Sturgeon Bay Fire Station. We were honored to take part in this meaningful tradition alongside the Door County Veterans Service Office and local veterans organizations as we gathered to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

We're grateful for the wonderful turnout and for everyone who helped make the morning so meaningful.

Last night, a group of our members joined Music Director Jason Palmer at Door County’s Golden Heart Awards, where we were recognized as a nominee for Volunteer Group of the Year. Sharing a ballroom with over one hundred fellow volunteers and community leaders was a humbling reminder of why we do what we do. A heartfelt thank you to our anonymous nominator and to United Way of Door County for celebrating the spirit of service in our community. 💛 🎶

There's still time to apply for our summer band camp scholarship! 🎵 Students in grades 7-11 involved in a school band program can receive up to $250 toward summer band camp tuition. Applications are open for our summer band camp scholarships!

Now in our fifth year of this program, we’re thrilled to continue supporting Door County student musicians. Scholarships are open to students in grades 7-11 who are actively involved in a school band program. The deadline is April 17.

Spring is right around the corner, and so is your chance to join Door County's community concert band! We're looking for high school and adult musicians to help us kick off our 36th season. New to community band? Returning after a break? If you have a love of music and a desire to connect with a great community, we've got a seat for you.

Rehearsals start Monday, April 6th at 7pm 📍 Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Sturgeon Bay.
