Lion Clubs around the State of Texas are looking for volunteers.
1) We pay annual membership dues to Lions Club International. They use it for leadership program development, administrative expenses salaries and other operational costs
2) Fundraising money is used locally by each Lions Club; Scholarships, eye glasses, Lions camp campers etc. The money raised locally stays local.
3) We need volunteers that want to serve their community. You could be a committee chair or a committee member working on a project that is personal to you.
4) Our doors are open to everyone that has a servant’s heart.
5) Our founder Melvin Jones envisioned transforming business clubs into humanitarian organizations and thus the Association of Lions Clubs was born in Dallas TX, 1917.

You are invited to attend our first Cabinet Meeting of the year and if you come it will be a great success. Without members there are no Clubs, without Clubs there are no Districts, you get the picture!

Governor’s Reception – Friday, July 17, 2026, 6 PM, at El Dorado Restaurant, 704 N. 14thStreet, Kingsville, Texas. Meet our Very Special Guest PID Mike Butler.

1stCabinet Meeting – Saturday, July 18, 2026, 9 AM Start, at the Texas A&M University, Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Center, 1730 W. Corral Avenue, Kingsville, Texas 78363.

District Lions Participation: Bring Your Club Banner; Support Lions Food Drive – Bring a Non-perishable Food donation; Support TLREC – Eyeglass donations will be graciously accepted; Bring a Door Prize – we can have many winners!

Registration: Register on or before July 4, 2026, to be eligible for a Special Prize.

Cost - $40 Dollars Per Person

The Delta Area Lions Club is proud to present Lions Crafting Fun - Summer Youth Program, a no cost service project offered to children aged 6 and over, with the goal of offering fun Summertime learning activities and crafts. 🦁💛

Available to the public. Parent/Guardian must attend with their children.

This three-week summer program will be held once a week.
