American Legion Post 157 Donalsonville, Georgia

American Legion Post 157 will be meeting on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 6:00 pm. There is a lot going on currently within our community involving our veterans and community involvement. Members come on out and bring a guest.

All non member veterans are welcomed to attend and if interested you may join Post 157 and become a part of this brotherhood of local heros. New faces and fresh ideas are always welcomed.

A hot meal, desert, and refreshments is provided at each meeting. So come on out, get fed, and leave full from good food, great fellowship, and camaraderie that only those that served can understand.

Post 157 underwent a Change of Command ceremony at our most recent gathering. Honoring out going post commander Royce Davis after 17 years of faithful service and welcoming Commander Patrick Cofty to assume the duties and responsibilities as The American Legion's Post 157 Post Commander. Congratulations to both of these gentlemen for a job well done.
