Dear Parent/Guardian,
It is time to update your child’s information for the 2026-2027 school year. Please complete the Annual Information Update (also called Online Registration or OLR) through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
If you do not have internet access, you may visit the Board of Education office to complete your
application.
Why Complete the OLR Form?
Updating your student’s information helps the district:
● Maintain accurate student records
● Provide timely updates and school notifications
● Ensure proper scheduling, transportation, and emergency contacts
How to Complete the OLR Form:
1. Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal:
https://seminolega.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/seminole.jsp
2. Navigate to the OLR Form:
After logging in, go to “More” > “Online Registration Update.”
3. Choose “Existing Student Registration”
Select this option to update information for currently enrolled students.
4. Review and Update:
Carefully check and update each section, including contact info, emergency contacts, health details, and family information. Each parent/guardian and student must be reviewed.
5. Submit the Form:
After completing all sections, sign electronically and submit.
