🏀⚡ BLUE BOLTS ARE BRESLIN BOUND! ⚡ 🏀

What an incredible moment for Dollar Bay–Tamarack City basketball! Congratulations to the Boys Varsity Blue Bolts on their quarterfinal victory against Pickford and earning a trip to the state semifinals at the Breslin Center – a huge accomplishment for our small but mighty school!

The players and coaches have shown exactly what Dollar Bay grit, determination and teamwork look like on the big stage.

As the team heads downstate to represent DB-TC and the entire community, travel, lodging, and tournament expenses add up quickly. A GoFundMe has been created to help support the team during this run.

If you are able, please consider contributing and help send our Blue Bolts to the Breslin Center with the full support of the Dollar Bay alumni and community behind them. Every bit helps!

Dollar Bay-Tamarack City alumni have another reason to be proud! Last night, the DB-TC Blue Bolts boys basketball team captured the Regional Championship, defeating the North Dickinson Nordics 62–46 and advancing to the MHSAA State Quarterfinals.

For all of us who once walked the halls of DB-TC, wore the blue and white, or cheered from the stands, it’s exciting to see the tradition of hard work and pride continuing with this group of student-athletes.

Calling all Alumni Cheerleaders to join us for one last hurrah and cheer for our Alumni Basketball game to be held on Friday, July 5th during the all-school reunion! Many of the iconic cheers are still being used, but we will have cheers available to yell along, just in case!
