Care Coordination Network - SWCAP

Care Coordination Network - SWCAP SW Wisconsin Behavioral Health Partnership seeks to reduce stigma, improve access to behavioral health services and build community support.

We want to promote seeking and accepting help by moving away from shame, silence, and secrecy and towards care, community and connection. We want to improve the ways to access resources and find our way to services within our communities. We want to increase community supports so more citizens know how to help their neighbors and themselves.

Do you want to learn to tell your family's story?

Register now for NAMI Smarts for Advocacy. NAMI Smarts for Advocacy is a hands-on advocacy training program that helps people with mental illness, friends and family transform their passion and lived experience into grassroots advocacy.

About: This session will focus on Telling Your Story, the foundation module in NAMI’s grassroots advocacy training series. We’ll talk about why advocacy for mental health care is so important and the power of your story to influence others. Then, we’ll guide you through writing your own powerful story in seven short steps. When you leave this training, our goal is that you take with you a version of your story that you can use to raise awareness, to inspire others and, above all, to influence policymakers.

NAMI Smarts for Advocacy Sessions are available virtually on 3 separate dates and times (weekday evening, weekday, and weekend) to try to accommodate as many schedules as possible:

-Thurs. Dec 11, 2025 @6:30pm-8:00pm
-Fri. Dec. 12, 2025 @10:30am-12:00pm
-Sat. Dec. 13, 2025 @1:00pm-2:30pm
