Remove Family Child Care Licensing Modernization from SF 4612

05/15/2026

Minnesota family child care providers are asking legislators to reconsider Section 7 of SF 4612. Child care programs are already facing major challenges, and additional regulations and costs could place even more strain on providers, families, and the availability of care across the state.

Please consider signing the petition and reaching out to members of the conference committee to share your support for family child care providers and the families who depend on them.
