There will be no Scout Meeting tonight. Since school released early and the weather being bad and expect to become worse we will follow our “No school, no scouts” rule.

We will be taking down Flags this week. Meet at 7 o'clock at the church.
Please remember that we will be camping over the weekend. We will meet at the Church at 5:30 on Friday. Have something with you to eat on Friday Night for your supper.
On this trip, you will need to bring a day bag so you can hike. In your day bag, you will need your 10 essentials. Everyone brings a WATER BOTTLE! You will need to bring something to wear in the river and water shoes and a towel. A tent if you have one, sleeping bags, and a change of clothes. Some type of a light for you to use.
I need two things from everyone, 1 I need each of you to respond to my email letting me know if you are coming or not. Yes, let me know Yes or NO!
2nd, Please let me know if you need a tent by responding to my email.
If anyone has any questions just let me know by email or text. See everyone Thursday night.

There will be no meeting for the youth(Scouts) this week. However, all adults that are Committee Members, Assistant Scout Masters or hold any leadership roles within the Troop need to meet to finalizing our Combined Troop paperwork. The paperwork must be turned in on Friday of this week. This leaders meeting will be at our regular meeting time, 7 pm at the church.

If you have commented to going camping this weekend we will meet at the church at 8 am on Saturday morning and return around 1 on Sunday.
You will need to bring water shoes, and a lunch in something to keep it dry. You will take your lunch on the water with you. If you have a life jacket bring it.
To camp you will need a change of clothes, sleeping bag, pillow. What ever else you want or need.
I will bring some tents. We will have some spots for a few hammocks if you want to hammock.
