An upcoming event and a fun one at that! The Seniors on the Go Luncheon is a monthly event. Come join us on Wednesday, November 6th, at 11:30 A.M. at the Alcouffe Center. There is a suggested donation of $3.00 for the luncheon and more. Please take a look at the attached flyer for more information.

We’ve got an incredible lineup of knowledgeable presenters for our upcoming luncheon on November 6th. They’ll be discussing the essential and ever-changing Medicare and Medi-Cal programs, including the latest updates for Medicare in 2025.
You’ll also have the chance to meet one-on-one with Heidi. If you can’t attend, check the comments for additional times she’ll be having sessions at her office.
Zach will be there too, ready to help with any tech questions or gadget issues you have—no labor charge, just the standard suggested $3 donation at the door.
Our free produce distribution stand will be stocked, part of us be the recipients for the Farm Together grant through the Yuba Sutter Food bank, comes to us right from the farm—I'll request more lettuce this time, as it disappeared fast last month!
In addition, we’re excited to share a special gift, a collection from a Master Knitter: two large boxes of stunning, handcrafted knitted items made by a talented community member who can no longer create them. We may need to draw names to gift these, but they’re free, again with your $3 suggested donation at the door.
As for the food—if you've been before, you know it’s always a treat. And yes, I'll make sure to get more shrimp this time!
