Creating meaningful change takes all of us working together.

We were honored to attend Suffolk County Sheriff Errol D. Toulon's event launching an important new initiative during National Gun Violence Awareness Month.

The event brought together an incredible coalition of organizations and advocates committed to making our communities safer, including Northwell Health, Paws of War, Life After Loss A.N.D.R.E., Moms Demand Action, and Jayson Williams, former NBA All-Star and advocate for gun violence prevention.

At the Scott J. Beigel Memorial Fund, we know that lasting change happens when communities unite around a common purpose. We are grateful to stand alongside so many dedicated individuals and organizations working to prevent gun violence and create brighter futures for our children.

A special thank you to Janet Klein Goldstein and Moms Demand Action for their continued support and for capturing these meaningful moments through their photographs.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out yesterday to support the Scott J. Beigel Memorial Fund. Seeing so many families, friends, and four-legged companions gather together in Scott’s memory made the day truly special.

From the wagging tails and happy smiles to the sense of community and purpose that filled the park, it was a wonderful reminder of the impact we can make when we come together. We especially loved meeting all of the adorable pups who joined us for the walk—each one brought their own personality, energy, and joy to the event!
