NEW PINEWOOD DERBY DATES

Events:

This Friday's PWD Car Impound and Family Movie Night has been cancelled.

To help your children finish their PWD Cars, we have two new help sessions for Sanding, Painting, filing Axles, and adding Weights: Wed, March 11 and Thu, March 19

The two new help sessions will also serve as PWD Impounds. If your Scout is done with their car, please drop it off to be weighed, checked and collected.

The new Pinewood Derby Race Day is now Sunday, March 22 - two+ weeks away. Need help finishing the PWD car? Please go to our help sessions above.

We will be adding Bowling at Larkfield Lanes and a large, indoor Slot Car Racing (like Tyco) event in Nesconset. Bowling will probably be a Sunday afternoon, and Slot Car Racing will either be a Wednesday or Friday after school, about 5:30 pm, including dinner.

We go back outdoors in April, Fundraising at Uncle Giuseppe's, Group Bike Riding, and much more.

Join Cub Scouts in HHH now.

You can still have your children participate in the epic Pinewood Derby taking place in March.

Cub Scouts Is tradition. Yes, we still open ceremonies with the Pledge, Scout Oath and Scout Law, same as your father, grandfather and before.

But we have also changed. Girls can be Cub Scouts too, we are a family pack.

Our goal is for kids to meet new friends, explore Long Island, foster good habits, grow more comfortable and confident through service to our community, while having the most fun ever!
