👟💚💛 EVERY STEP MAKES A DIFFERENCE! 💛💚👟

The My Sole Knows 5K Run/Walk is more than a race — it’s an investment in our youth and families!

Our mission is to raise funds to expand access to mental and behavioral health services, positive youth development, family support, and community-based opportunities for youth in the South-Central areas of Prince George’s County.

The District Heights Youth Development Foundation (YDF) works alongside the District Heights Family & Youth Services Bureau (YSB) to help remove barriers and connect young people and families to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

When you register, participate, sponsor, or share the My Sole Knows 5K, you are helping create healthier, stronger, and more connected communities.

🏃🏽‍♀️ Run for a reason.
🚶🏽 Walk with purpose.
💚 Support our youth.
💛 Invest in our community.
