1st Vice Commander Raymond Arnold, spoke during the Veterans Day Program held at the Prince George Heritage Center on Nov. 11. He payed tribute to veterans and thanked those in attendance during the event. Legionnaire Raymond Arnold is a retired Army SGM. We thank him for his service and he’s still serving.
