What is RAERS? It's ROAR's pilot project in three rural communities, a RURAL - ALL ACCESS/ACCESSIBLE - ELECTRIC VEHICLES - RIDE SHARING program, in three communities... Each unserved by public transit, and where there are high concentrations of people with limit access to essential needs and services - older adults, veterans, the disabled, low income households of all sizes.
