St. Albans Sanatorium is pleased to announce that reservations are now open for **private paranormal investigations throughout the 2026 season**.

Whether you're an experienced investigation team or a group seeking a private and immersive overnight experience, St. Albans offers exclusive access to one of Virginia's most historic and intriguing locations.

# # # Investigation Rates

📅 **Thursdays & Sundays:** $850
📅 **Fridays & Saturdays:** $1,000

A **50% security deposit** is required at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours with your scheduled date and important event information.

Should your requested date become unavailable, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit fully refunded.

The remaining balance is due **21 days prior to your investigation**, and an invoice will be emailed for final payment.

# # # Group Information

✔ Rates include up to **10 investigators**
✔ Add up to **5 additional investigators**

Additional Investigator Fees:
• $85 per person (Thursdays & Sundays)
• $100 per person (Fridays & Saturdays)

Additional participant fees are payable at check-in.

**Minimum Age Requirement:** 16 years old
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the event.

⚠️ All equipment must be packed and all participants must exit the building by **3:00 AM**.

Join us for an evening of history, exploration, and paranormal investigation at St. Albans Sanatorium.

# # # Flashlight Tour

🎟️ Tickets: $20 per person
🕟 Registration: 4:30 PM
🕔 Tour: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Explore the historic halls of St. Albans while learning about the building's fascinating past. Guests will be guided through the facility by our knowledgeable volunteers and will have opportunities to take photographs along the way.

# # # Paranormal Investigation

🎟️ Tickets: $35 per person
🕡 Registration: Begins at 6:30 PM
🕖 Investigation: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Following the tour, investigation participants will have the opportunity to explore the building alongside our volunteers and utilize their own paranormal investigation equipment.

⚠️ Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants
📡 Any investigation equipment you wish to use during the paranormal investigation

# # # Important Information

• The building is not climate controlled. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
• All tickets must be purchased in advance online.
• Tickets are held at Will Call on the night of the event; no physical tickets will be mailed.

• Participants in the paranormal investigation must be at least 16 years of age.

The public events we setup on Eventbrite each month sell out almost always. Why you might ask, well because we only sell 12 tickets rather than a ton to try and make money. The next one is March 21st and there is only 1 general admission ticket left for it and a large bunkhouse ticket. No we will not add another ticket to any of them. Other dates available in the comments.
