Today, this , we honor the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces. Their sacrifices remind us that freedom is not free—it is earned through courage, resilience, and an unyielding commitment to our country.
We also recognize the harsh reality of military service. It’s not all glory; it’s the good, the bad, and the deeply challenging. Service demands energy, often leaves behind trauma, brings mental health struggles, and takes a toll on the body. It can strain marriages and relationships, and veterans often experience loneliness—not only after discharge but even during their time in uniform. You’re more than just a number to us. We see you, Veterans. We owe you better, and we’re committed to doing more. At we remain steadfast in our mission to advocate for you, to expand our reach, and to ensure that our support truly makes a difference. We are here for you—today and always.
As we thank our veterans, let us pause to reflect on the profound cost of our freedom: the unspoken risks, unique challenges, and the lasting physical and mental toll they bear so that we may live in peace. Today, and every day, we are forever grateful.
To all veterans—thank you for your service, your strength, and your unwavering dedication.
"Veterans Day -- originally called Armistice Day -- began as an occasion to reflect upon the heroism of those who died in our country's service. It falls on November 11, the anniversary of the signing of the armistice that ended World War I. In 1954, the name of the holiday was changed from "Armistice Day" to "Veterans Day" in order to recognize veterans of all wars." Source: https://www.military.com/veterans-day
