We are having a RADA Cutlery Fundraiser! Now that grilling and fresh vegetable season is upon us, there is lots of slicing, dicing, paring, carving, and turning to be done! This is the PERFECT time to replace those kitchen knives and utensils that just aren't doing the job! There are 2 ways you can order. May 22 is National Poppy Day! One of our Auxiliary members, Karen Schmick, is selling poppy earrings! They are $10 each and $2 from each pair sold will be donated to our "Poppy Fund" (which supports veterans and active-duty military). Volunteers and donations needed for Community Day April 25. Here's how you can help:
1. Donate an item for our Silent Auction (see previous post)
2. Make a dessert (cookies, cookie bars, brownies, etc.) for our bake sale. Items may be dropped off at the Legion Friday April 24 or Saturday morning.
3. Volunteer for the event: help with BBQ distribution or help at the Bake Sale stand.
4. COME TO THE EVENT!

This event is a great way to get involved and support the post.

We are so excited about the upcoming Post 26 Community Day on April 25! The Auxiliary is hosting a Silent Auction Fundraiser and we need donations! We’re assembling gift baskets and larger auction items and would greatly appreciate donations from local businesses, members, and community supporters. If you or someone you know can donate an item or service — or would like to bid at the auction — please share this information.
Good auction items include (but aren’t limited to):

• Vacation rentals, hotel stays
• Concert or sporting event tickets, season passes
• Artwork, designer purses
• Spa certificates, restaurant/gift certificates
• Grills, coolers, BBQ and pool items
• Gourmet foods, meat certificates
• Pet toys and treats
• Any specialty or unique items/services
• NO ALCOHOL BOTTLES (but can have gift cards for alcohol)

Please let us know if you can help. Items can be dropped off at the Legion and left in the office with our manager. We NEED ALL DONATIONS BY MONDAY, APRIL 20th.
