Missoula to Dillon is a clear ride with no snow. A bit cold.
Roads from the East are clear with temps today in the high 60"s .
Yellowstone still has snow on the ground. The East and North East entrances are sill closed with snow.
Tetons open with clear roads. Jenny lake campground for hikers and bikers, should call ahead.
Ennis hill is clear. Watch for elk herds on the way to Ennis.

Weather getting better. If you are coming from the East, Yellowstone under snow for a few weeks. If coming from the west, snow is deep on the passes in Montana. In both cases, early Spring and weather is at lower elevations. Note: the higher elevations are not open to walkers or to bicyclists. DONOT try....

If you are in lower elevations and in need of help within a 150 mi radius of Dillon, Mt. Call us for help. We have several willing helpers and organizations.. If not, we will do a pick-up.

Ride (hike) on and stay safe.

Snow has melted in the valleys of Montana. If you are coming from the West, watch for coastal rain and note the elevation rise may slow you. Be wise, do not over exert.

If coming from the East, Yellowstone & the Tetons are open. Note vacationers are also taking up the highways. Camps are open. Just ride into any camp and ask for the camp ranger to direct you. Bicycles and walkers do not need reservations. Those without reservations usually wind up in a bike or walker group camp.

West Yellowstone, MT and Lander, WY are the only two bike / repair shops as you come and go in this area.

Our bike camp has a bike shop with tools and we also offer help if you need any bike work.

If you get within 100+ miles of our camp and you need help, give us a call. We will come.

ENJOY THE ADVENTURE.

Late weather winter is dumping water and snow on Yellowstone. Before entering the park, check with park staff about conditions and open routes. Weather conditions should improve soon.
