Shrine Card Status
*** PLEASE DO NOT REFER YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO TAMPA TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THEIR DUES CARDS ***
Please communicate the following information to your membership as necessary and applicable:
1. A hard plastic dues card is being created to replace the former paper dues cards. Since this is a new process the initial runs must be created in bulk to help offset cost. 2. Dues cards should begin mailing directly to Nobles who have a $0 balance in early December. 3. There will be 2 mailings in December and 2 mailings in January for members who have a $0 balance. 4. February β November will be considered βmaintenanceβ runs for new and lost cards and will have one mailing per month. 5. Some temples are providing temporary solutions for members who will need their cards early in January and are concerned they will not have them in time: a. Temporary paper cards ordered from HQ and printed at the temple b. Use the Dues Notice letter as a temporary card c. Have a list of paid members (from WebFez) to check off at the meeting d. Have a computer at the door (iPad, notebook, etc.) to check the status in WebFez if they do not have their card
Thank you for your patience and assistance in managing this process. It is a major undertaking and headquarters staff is working very hard to get it done. Direct calls from the nobility immediately affects the time Fraternal Information Services has to put into WebFez development and support.
