We are sharing this article as a public service announcement to our community. We are asking that owners be aware of the potential risks of taking your pets to dog parks, boarding facilities, and other heavily dog trafficked areas at this time and pay attention for any signs or symptoms of upper respiratory distress. With the holidays approaching, many families will be traveling and need to board their pets. Village Veterinary Clinic will remain opening for boarding, however we do want to reiterate our policy that we will not be able to house any dogs with symptoms of coughing or nasal and ocular discharge for the safety and well-being of all of our patients. We ask that any appointments for coughing or upper respiratory symptoms continue to call us when you arrive in our parking lot and we will see these appointments outside. If you have any questions or concerns, please give our office a call at 334-821-7730.

OLD SCHOOL BUTTER PECAN POUND CAKE

I just made this cake a few days ago its an original recipe created in my home kitchen by me and it was a hit with the family!
This cake is an extremely easy from scratch cake recipe that even beginners can make. Just a few simple ingredients, a little mixing, some baking, and frosting is all there is to it.
