🌟 Introducing: Siri Lewis 🌟

Outside of work, you can usually find me planning my next adventure or trying something new outdoors. I love traveling, spending quality time with family, and reading whenever I can squeeze in a quiet moment. I'm happiest outside — hiking trails, paddling around on a canoe or paddle board, snowboarding in the winter, or lately attempting to learn how to surf (with mixed success so far!). I enjoy anything that gets me moving, outside, and connected to nature, and I'm always up for exploring a new place or adventure.

In my role as Program Coordinator, I focus on supporting Advocates in their work with children and families. I help create opportunities for connection, peer support, and collaboration so volunteers feel confident and supported throughout their cases. This includes developing engagement and retention initiatives, networking opportunities, and encouraging involvement beyond individual case assignments. Additionally, I coordinate continuing education and training opportunities, including book studies, and other learning experiences.

Congratulations to Sarah, our Volunteer of the Month! 👏

Sarah recently completed her first SEPT case and has also taken on her first Truancy Prevention case. She brings a positive attitude, thoughtful approach, and strong commitment to the children and families she serves. Sarah has a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with both youth and adults, helping create trust and connection throughout the advocacy process.
Drawing on her extensive background knowledge, Sarah is intentional in identifying resources and supports that can benefit the families she works with. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to take on new challenges make her a valuable member of our volunteer team.
