🎒❤️ 2nd Annual Sponsor a Child School Supply Drive ❤️🎒

Every child deserves to walk into the first day of school feeling prepared, confident, and cared for. This year, you can make that happen by participating in Foster For'em's Sponsor a Child School Supply Drive!

Here's how it works:

📚 Step 1: Contact Foster For'em to be matched with a child. We'll provide you with their complete school supply list.

🖍️ Step 2: Purchase every item on the child's school supply list. To make your gift even more special, each family has also shared a few of the child's favorites, so you can add a personal touch if you'd like!

📦 Step 3: Once you've completed your shopping, contact Foster For'em to arrange pickup. Our team will collect the supplies and deliver them directly to the family.

🗓️ School supply pickups will take place August 1–14.

Your generosity does more than provide notebooks and pencils—it reminds children and families that their community is standing beside them as they begin a new school year.

If you'd like to sponsor a child, send us a message today. Together, we can help every child start the school year with confidence and hope. 💙

☀️🌈 Foster Closet Summer Refresh! 🌈☀️

The sun is shining, the kids are growing, and our foster closet shelves are starting to look a little like a beach after a busy holiday weekend... a bit picked over! 😅

We're currently in need of:

🩳 Summer clothing (specific sizes)
👟 Sneakers & sandals
☀️ Swimsuits and beach towels
🧴 Baby wipes and diapers (especially larger sizes)
😎 Outdoor toys and activities
💧 Reusable water bottles

Every donation helps ensure children have the special things they need to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for this summer. When donating clothing/shoes please consider new or like new items.

Ready to help us stock the shelves? Drop off donations or reach out to learn more about our current needs. Together, we can make this summer a little brighter for local foster families and the children they serve. 💙

🚨 Diaper Alert! 🚨

Our Closet shelves are getting a little too breezy in the diaper department… and we could really use your help!

Right now, we are especially in need of Size 3, 4 & 5 diapers—the kind that seem to disappear faster than snacks in a house full of kids 😅

If you’re able to grab a pack (or two!) on your next store run, you’d be making a real, immediate difference for the families we serve. 💛

Donations can be dropped off at the Closet during donation hours (more hours will be announced later this week)—thank you for always showing up for our community in such a big way!

We are so grateful for the generosity of our local FOP West River Lodge # 5! Thank you for meeting this need today. 💙

🚲💙 Giving back, one ride at a time! 💙🚲

West River Lodge FOP is proud to donate two kids’ bikes to Foster For’em—helping bring smiles, freedom, and a sense of adventure to children in foster care.

It’s a small gesture that can make a big difference, and we’re honored to support such an incredible organization and the kids they serve.

Together, we can keep making an impact in our community. 💙

Hey friends! 💙

I wanted to share something fun and meaningful with you! Our local Human Service Zone have created some great T-shirts and stickers that support local foster care!

It’s a simple way to spread awareness, start conversations, and show love for kids and families in the foster care community right here in SW North Dakota. Every little bit helps, and it’s pretty awesome to be able to wear or share something that stands for such an important cause.

Take a peek and see if anything speaks to you—and thank you, as always, for being such a caring and supportive community. 💛
